Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Service was successfully completed
  • Issues caused by your internet service provider (ISP)
  • Problems due to incompatible, faulty, or customer-owned equipment
  • Delays or failures caused by lack of access to the premises
  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable

5. Partial Refunds
